Delivery times

Orders are picked and dispatched within one business day. Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees — customs processing in some countries adds time outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment, then a second email with your tracking number once the parcel leaves our facility. If 48 hours pass with no dispatch email, check your spam folder, then contact support@leantidematcha.com.

Customs and import duties

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Some countries apply their own import duty or VAT on incoming parcels. Where they do, that charge is set by your government and is the customer's responsibility — we have no way to prepay or waive it.

Wrong address

Check your address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number — if the parcel has not shipped we can correct it. Once dispatched, a wrongly addressed parcel usually has to complete its return journey before we can resend.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your jars arrive damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace them at no cost. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Returns

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, opened jars included. To start a return, email support with your order number and we will send return instructions and confirm your refund. Read the full refund policy →
