LeanTide is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and are not stored on our servers. Every purchase on this site is a one-time payment. We do not operate subscriptions or auto-shipments, and we will not charge you again without a new order.

6. Import duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT or customs charges levied by your country are set by your government and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to give a complete, accurate shipping address.

8. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our money-back guarantee as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish our content, product photography or copy without written permission, nor attempt to interfere with the security or operation of this website.

All site content, branding and product names are owned by us or licensed to us. Third-party trademarks referenced for comparison, including Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro, remain the property of their respective owners and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
