How to claim it

1. Email support@leantidematcha.com from the address you ordered with, and include your order number.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions for any remaining jars.
3. Your refund is issued to the original payment method once we confirm the return, typically within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.

You do not need to justify yourself, complete a questionnaire, or speak to anyone on the phone. "It didn't work for me" is a complete reason.
